السلام عليكم ..
كانت ليلة هادئة مع الدكتور محمد عناني .. أخصائي الجراحة والمناوب بهذه الليلة .. خلال ثواني . نادت الممرضة حالة طارئة وحالة code blue ... حالة trauma وبالـ head كان المريض ينزف من كل مكان في وجه من أنفه من أذنه .. وجه منتفخ بشكل مخووف .. تصرف الدكتور عناني بكل احترافيه وبكل دقة مع ها المريض .. بعد الإنتهاء كان له هذا السؤال ..
يا دكتور عاصم هذه علامااات base of skull fractur وبدأ يشرح لي جزاه الله خير ..
فحبيت أفيدكم معي
العلامات تكون كالتالي :
- Bilateral orbital bruising confined to the orbital margin ( panda eyes ).هذه شفتها
- Subconjunctival hemorrhage ( no posterior margin of bleeding seen ). هذه شفتها
- Haemotympanum or bleeding from the auditory meatus. وهذه شفتها
- CSF otorrhea or rhinorrhoea (+ - anosmia ). fluid mixtures containing relatively similar quantities of blood and CSF will separate into a ( double ring )when dropped onto blotting paper.
- battles signs : bruising over the mastoid process without local direct trauma follows petrous temporal bone fracture, but takes several days to appear.
otorrhea : any discharge from the external ear. Otorrhea may be serous, sanguinous, or purulent or contain cerebrospinal fluid.
rhinorrhoea : discharge of cerebrospinal fluid through the nose.
